2023 AIP Information

Please submit your onsite refreshments application by August 4, 2023
Upon approval of your application, you will be sent instructions for payment of the Refreshments Vendor Fee.
We provide one space per accepted application, for either a 10×10 booth or a truck.
Required after approval:
- Refreshments Vendor Fee: $300 truck or booth fee.
- Certificate of Insurance showing AIP/FHSP and Cheltenham Township as additional insureds.
