Deadline: Monday, April 15, 2024

Friends of High School Park is looking for submissions for our 2024 Summer Outdoor Art Series. Proposals for ephemeral or temporarily installed outdoor works of art should consider how the work engages with local ecosystems.

Proposals can be made by individual artists, partnerships, or groups. Our goal is to encourage works that will attract visitors to connect with the site. A stipend of $250 will be awarded to chosen proposals to offset material and labor costs. Exhibition periods will range from 2- 4 weeks in length during the months of June, July and August 2024 and include a reception with an artist talk to engage with the community. Because the park is an open space, we unfortunately cannot guarantee security for the works.
